What To Expect
Everything starts with an initial meeting where I will conduct an assessment interview with you.

This interview will involve a short developmental history, current here-and-now concerns, and what your thoughts are in seeking psychotherapy consultation at this time.

I will discuss my experience and observations with you and share my initial recommendations. Together, we'll work to find the best course of treatment, whether with me or a referral or a collaborative plan.
